  • Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, Paddle Payment will process the refund using the same method of payment that was used for the subscription purchase. Refunds will be credited to your account within 14 days from the date the refund is processed by Paddle Payment.

  • No Returns Needed: As a SaaS offering, there is no physical product to return. Cancellation of your subscription will automatically render any unused portion of the subscription non-accessible once the cancellation is confirmed.
